The purpose of collecting such information is to log in to the Astroasis server to authenticate the user and obtain the permission of the "Oasis Mate" application to access the server.

If you do not provide such information and do not log into your Astroasis account, you will not be able to use the "Oasis Mate" business.

2. Device management basic service

In order to discover astronomical observation and photography equipment, the "Oasis Mate" application needs to access the phone's location permission and Bluetooth access permission to obtain Bluetooth identifiers, MAC addresses and device lists. The purpose of collecting this information is to discover Astroasis astronomical observation and photography equipment around you. The above information is only used locally and will not be uploaded to the server.

In order to realize the functions of device binding, control and management of devices, we need to collect the following information from you: device name, model, version, serial number and other attributes. The purpose of collecting such information is to bind the device, control and manage the device, set device properties and parameters, and view the working status and history of the device. The above information will be transmitted and saved to the server.

If you do not provide such information, you will not be able to use the "Oasis Mate" app's device discovery, binding, control and management functions.

3. Device and App Upgrades

In order to upgrade the application version and device firmware version, we need to collect your following information: you bind the device name, model, version, serial number, mobile phone model, application identifier, version information and other information to detect and download new version.

If you do not provide this information, you will not be able to upgrade the app version and the new firmware version of the device

4. Scene Management

For the device and business data stored on the server, when you delete the device, refuse to agree to the Oasis Mate terms of service, and log out of the Astroasis account, all stored data will be deleted immediately.

For business logs, statistical data and historical records stored on the server, we will delete them when cleaning up the server data from time to time, and the data storage time is no longer than 2 years.

In addition, when our products or services cease to operate, we will notify you in the form of push notifications, announcements, etc., and delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period of time.
